What You Often Ask About
When will my deposit be returned from a staking slot after the end of mining?
The deposited funds in a staking slot will be returned to you after the entire duration of the slot has elapsed, which is stated when entering it, being a period of 3, 6, 12, or 24 months. This period starts running from the day you made your specific deposit into the slot.
For example, if you join a staking slot with a total duration of 6 months up to 2 months after its launch, your individual deposit will be locked in the system for the following 6 months from your entry, not from the beginning of the slot as a whole.
After this period elapses, the corresponding amount (i.e., your original deposit) will be credited back to your wallet on the XDIGR platform. You can then freely use it (for example, deposit it again into one of the other staking slots or take advantage of opportunities within the regular offer of dynamic slots). Withdrawal of money to your bank account is also possible at any time, in accordance with the platform's terms and conditions.
We warn that deposits in staking slots are not protected by the deposit insurance system and slots do not represent banking or investment products within the meaning of capital market regulation.
Can I request a partial withdrawal of my deposit from a staking slot?
With staking slots, it is not possible to make partial withdrawals within one specific order. Each individual deposit (order) is maintained as a separate unit and any withdrawal is only possible in its full amount.
If you therefore anticipate that during the slot duration you might need to have access to only part of the deposited funds, we recommend depositing funds separately (for example, in smaller amounts within several separate orders). This will subsequently allow you to decide more flexibly about potential fund withdrawals – for example, only from one or several of them.
Example: If you deposit 10,000 CZK into a slot as one order, it is only possible to request withdrawal of the entire amount of 10,000 CZK. However, if you deposit 10 deposits of 1,000 CZK each into the slot, you can later withdraw only one or more of these deposits, according to your needs.
We warn that early withdrawals may be subject to early termination fees, the amount of which is always stated in the details of the specific slot. Fund returns and fees are governed by the contractual documentation valid when entering the slot.
How do staking slots differ from regular slots offered on XDIGR?
Slots available on the XDIGR platform can be divided into two basic categories: dynamic (speculative) slots and so-called staking slots. Each has a different risk profile, duration, and return method.
Regular slots typically have a shorter investment horizon (e.g., several days to a month) and their results depend on the development of specific stock market speculation. The appreciation potential of these slots can be higher, in some cases even multiples of the deposit. However, these slots also carry the risk of losing part or all of the invested capital. For each slot, this risk is transparently stated in advance, including its maximum possible loss.
Staking slots operate on a completely different principle. They are not about speculation on market movement, but about the possibility of "fixing" funds for a predetermined period for the long term, most commonly 6, 12, or 24 months. During this period, the user receives a predetermined regular return of 1% monthly from the invested amount. This return is regularly credited to your wallet on the platform. For longer staking slots (e.g., for 12 and 24 months), additional incentives or bonuses may be available, the amount of which is stated in the specific offer.
Unlike dynamic slots, there are no losses caused by market movements. Nevertheless, it must be taken into account that this is not a banking product, the deposit is not insured or guaranteed by the state in any way, and it is always necessary to read the conditions of the specific slot in advance.

Can I make deposits into a single staking slot every month?
Yes, you can deposit into staking slots on the XDIGR platform either a larger amount at once, or send multiple smaller deposits gradually, for example every month. This flexibility allows you to adapt deposits to your financial situation and planning.
Each individual deposit is recorded separately in the system. This means that during a potential withdrawal, it is possible to withdraw only specific deposits, so partial withdrawal is possible if you have made multiple deposits. However, if you have deposited only one amount, then it is possible to withdraw it only as a whole. In both cases, an exit fee may be applied, the amount and conditions of which are always stated for the specific staking slot.
We warn that a staking slot is not a banking product and no deposit insurance applies to it. Nevertheless, each deposited amount is systematically recorded and returns from it (if promised) are regularly credited to your wallet on the platform.
When will the promised bonus be credited for a staking slot?
For some staking slots with a longer duration (for example, 12 or 24 months), an additional bonus may be included in the slot offer. This is tied to meeting predetermined conditions, which are always specified directly in the slot details.
If these conditions are met (for example, proper remaining in the given slot for its entire duration without early withdrawal), the bonus is credited to the user's wallet after the slot ends together with the return of their original deposit. The exact crediting date and bonus amount are governed by the specific offer of the given slot.
Warning: The bonus is not guaranteed and its receipt is always conditional on meeting the stated rules. Bonuses are not interest or returns from an investment instrument and no legal entitlement to them arises without meeting the conditions stated when entering the slot.
What is the cancellation fee for withdrawing a deposit from a staking slot?
A platform user has the option to request early termination of their participation in a staking slot, i.e., withdrawal of deposited funds before the agreed period expires. However, this option is associated with an early termination fee.
The early withdrawal fee is 5% of the withdrawn amount, unless stated otherwise for a specific slot. This fee is deducted from the total amount to be returned to the user.
Already credited monthly returns, if they were credited to the user's wallet in accordance with the slot conditions before submitting a withdrawal request, remain preserved for the user and are not retrospectively deducted.
The notice period for early withdrawal is 1 calendar month. This means that if a user submits a withdrawal request on, for example, the 15th day of the month, the funds (after fee deduction) will be available by the 15th day of the following month at the latest. If the user submits a request on the last day of the month, it applies that they are also entitled to the return for that month.
Warning: Staking slots are not banking products and returns are not interest. Fees and withdrawal conditions are governed by the XDIGR platform's contractual documentation, which is available before concluding each order.
